Life Apps are three small iOS apps — Food, Gym and Planner — that share one account and one web dashboard. They're made and supported by one person.
Get in touch:
life.apps.support@gmail.com
Or use Settings → Send feedback in any of the apps — it goes to the same place.
Expect a reply within a few days.
How do I sign in? Sign in with Apple or with Google, in any of the three apps or on the web. One account covers all of them — log a meal on your phone and it's on the dashboard.
How do I log something? Four ways, everywhere: type it into a plain form, write it in chat ("chicken bowl and a yogurt"), dictate it, or take a photo. The last three use AI, which is off until you turn it on.
A number the AI logged is wrong. Every entry is editable — tap it and fix it. All logged numbers are estimates by design. If the AI is consistently wrong about something, tell us and we'll look at it.
How do I turn AI features off? Settings → AI features. Turning it off stops anything being sent to a model provider; manual logging keeps working exactly as before. What's sent and to whom is set out in the Privacy Policy.
How do I get my data out? Settings → Export data in any app gives you the whole thing as JSON.
How do I delete my account? Settings → Delete account. It erases your account and every piece of data under it, immediately and permanently. Signing out alone doesn't delete anything.
Does it work with Apple Health? Food can read your latest body weight and write weigh-ins back, with your permission. That's the only Health data involved.
Something's broken. Email us with the app, roughly when it happened, and what you were doing. Screenshots help.
Life Apps are logging tools, not medical advice — check with a doctor before making decisions about your health.
